1. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not do REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on any hair extensions due to hair being Pre- Ordered. For that reason, all sales are final. 

 

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

- Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

- Once processing begins, no changes or cancellations can be accommodated.

 

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information is securely stored and used only to process your order. We will never share or sell your data to third parties.

 

4. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

Processing Times

Please note that our processing time to prepare your order is between 7 -14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- Custom or large orders may take longer; we’ll notify you if delays occur.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

After our processing time is complete, your order is shipped out . All items are shipped out via USPS. Shipping takes 1-4 business days, depending on your location. 

 

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

- Allure 3 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. Once your order is shipped out it will be in the hands of USPS, and we are not responsible. 

- If your package is lost in transit, contact us, and we’ll assist in filing a claim.

 

 Incorrect Shipping Information

Make sure your address is correct before completing checkout. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
